Courses

The same class is often offered to more than one course, each calling it by its own code — they print together as “ITCC 101 / ITCS 101”.

Schedule

A class can meet on different days at different times — add a block for each distinct meeting.

Import students

Pick the class-record workbook (.xlsx). The sheet named NAMES is read, and each entry is taken as Lastname, Firstname M. Student numbers aren't required — they're picked up only if the sheet has a column for them.

Back up

Every backup is a complete copy of everything — school years, classes, students, attendance, classwork, scores and grade sheets. The newest 10 are kept. Restoring replaces everything recorded since, and takes a backup of the current data first.

How the rubric scores the groups

Each student sees their group and groupmates in the app.

How students do it

Write the questions, publish and open it in the Exam tab. Max points follow what you publish.

Permits & class cards

Press a permit when the student hands it in, and the class card when they take it back. A class card cannot be given before the permit, because the permit is what is exchanged for it. Nothing is kept until you press Save.

Evaluate

Call a student over and put in what they say about the others in their group. Each member’s mark for the rated criteria is the average of what their groupmates gave them, so nobody sees their own ratings.
